This stylish villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a very light and airy feel, with unsual corner patio doors leading to the pool and lanai area, which is furnished with stylish patio table and chairs,  sun loungers and large gas barbeque.

The master bedroom with  a king size bed luxury en-suite with walk in shower and twin vanity units, with direct access to the pooldeck.  There is a TV in the master bedroom

Bedroom 2 has a queen  size bed and access to the pool.

Bedroom 3 with two singe beds and shares the second family bathroom.

The lounge has modern stylish decor, luxurious leather sofas with large television, .

The den has sofa and TV.

The pool is heated by a electric heat pump system, so the pool is warm all year around. The pool has a child safety guard.  Around the pool deck you will find patio furniture and sun loungers and gas barbeque.

There is a formal dining area, seperate utility room with large capacity washer and dryer, double garage,  full air conditioning in the living space of the villa and ceiling fans in all rooms,

The villa is fully air conditioned with additonal ceiling fans in all the major rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and cooker. All bed linen and bathroom towels are provided, separate utility room with washer and dryer.
